TESDA or Technical Education and Skills Development Authority was established in 1994 through R.A. 7796 also known as the Technical Education and Skills Development Act. The TESDA Act is aimed in encouraging the participation and mobilization of the industry, labor, local government units or LGU’s, and technical-vocational institutions in the skills development of the country’s workforce through the different TESDA training center nationwide.
As a whole, TESDA is the one that formulates the manpower and skills plan and sets the skills standards and tests through the different TESDA training center nationwide. TESDA also organizes and monitors policies and programs, directions and guidelines of all TESDA training center nationwide. hi,my daughter,who is in brunei right now wants to take a distance learning in caregiving course,but she’s presently employed in brunei as a caregiver.for the past 5years.she needs a certificate for caregiving course so as to enable her to work in canada.do you think you can provide and help her get a much needed caregiver cert.?please try to help her.since she’s already undergoing a caregiving job for more than 5years in brunei.please help her how.i would appreciate very much your warm response.thank you very very much. virginia brizuela .pasig
